Here is how SafeChirp ships, what it costs, and what to expect.
Where we ship
SafeChirp currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum order, no membership, no promo code required. Shipping is included in the listed price.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our fulfillment partner.
Delivery time
Standard delivery is typically 10 to 18 business days from dispatch. Delivery time depends on your location and carrier conditions. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email once dispatched. Tracking updates may pause for a few days between carrier hand-offs (most commonly between the international and domestic legs). This is normal and the package is still in motion.
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking has been silent for more than 30 days from dispatch, email hello@safechirp.com with your order number and we will open a lost-package investigation. If the package cannot be recovered, we will reship at no charge or issue a full refund, your choice.
Wrong or undeliverable address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. If a package is returned to sender because the address was wrong, incomplete, or could not be delivered after multiple attempts, we will refund the product price but not the original shipping cost. You can also have us reship to a corrected address by paying the new shipping cost.
Address changes after ordering
If you need to change your shipping address, email hello@safechirp.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order has usually moved into fulfillment and the address can no longer be changed.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery (per tracking) should be reported to the carrier and, if applicable, your local police. We are happy to help with documentation but cannot replace packages that show as delivered.
Customs and duties
SafeChirp ships within the U.S. only at this time, so customs and duties do not apply.
